Welcome to Island Graze. By using our website, placing an order, or booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

📌 1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and final confirmation.
Submitting an order form does not guarantee your order.
Orders are finalized only after consultation and payment confirmation.
Payment via Zelle is required to secure your order and event date.
Pricing is subject to change without notice.

📌 2. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.
Cancellations made earlier may qualify for a partial refund at Island Graze’s discretion.

📌 3. Ingredients & Allergies

We use seasonal and market-fresh ingredients. Substitutions may occur based on availability.
Clients must disclose any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order.
Island Graze is not liable for reactions due to undisclosed allergies.

📌 4. Event Services

Grazing tables and live graze cart rentals require a signed service agreement.
Island Graze is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages due to weather or circumstances beyond our control.

📌 5. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, and branding are the property of Island Graze. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

📌 6. Limitation of Liability

Island Graze is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our products or services.

📌 7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Return and Refund Policy

At Island Graze, all graze boards, cups, tables, and products are made fresh and customized for each client. Due to the nature of our services and food safety standards:

❌ All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns on any food products once delivered or picked up.
Payments are non-refundable once production begins or your order is delivered.

🔄 Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your event are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion.
Grazing tables and live graze cart bookings require non-refundable deposits which may be transferrable to a future date based on availability.

⚠️ Damages or Issues

If you experience any issues with your order upon delivery, contact us immediately at islandgrazeja@gmail.com.
✅ We will review and resolve any valid concerns reported at the time of delivery.
❌ Island Graze is not responsible for product quality once delivered and accepted.
