Our Story
Island Graze was created from a passion for blending vibrant Jamaican flavors with the art of charcuterie. Our mission is simple — to deliver beautifully curated boards, graze tables, and live experiences that celebrate the rich tastes of the islands with a modern twist.
Every graze we create is handcrafted with premium meats, gourmet cheeses, seasonal fruits, and authentic Jamaican-inspired appetizers like jerk meatballs, saltfish fritters, and callaloo patties and much more.
We believe food should not only taste incredible but be an experience that brings people together.

Live Grazing
Take your event to the next level with our Live Graze Cart or Grazing Table Activation — where guests watch their custom graze boards come to life. Our team sets up on-site and builds mini boards or grazes live as your guests select their favorites — meats, cheeses, Jamaican appetizers, seasonal fruits and seasonal vegetables.
Live Graze Cart
- Up to 30 Guests: $25 per person + $400 setup fee
- 31-50 Guests: $22 per person + $500 setup fee
- 51-75 Guests: $20 per person + $650 setup fee
✅ Includes all meats, cheeses, Jamaican appetizers, seasonal fruits, dips, and live service.
Live Graze Table
- 15-25 Guests: $22 per person + $200 setup
- 26-50 Guests: $20 per person + $300 setup
- 51-100 Guests: $18 per person + $400 setup
✅ Full display of meats, cheeses, Jamaican appetizers, seasonal fruits/vegetables, crackers, nuts, and décor.
Live Graze Cups
- 10 cups @ $14 each
- 11-25 cups @ $12 each
- 26+ cups @ $10 each
